- Build strong product knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Sign
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Partner with internal teams for coordinated outcomes
- Support Customer Success Managers in account unlocking
- Identify internal champions through targeted prospecting
- Develop account and territory strategies
- Ensure adoption and consumption goals are met
- Contribute to improved customer satisfaction
- Enhance long-term customer retention
