Anforderungen
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
- Solid experience in Valuation (Risk) Control, IPV, PVA, Market Risk, or comparable banking control role (3+ years)
- Good technical knowledge of valuation control, IPV, fair value governance, PVA, and valuation uncertainty
- Hands-on experience with prudent valuation frameworks and adjustment methodologies
- Strong understanding of financial instruments (fixed income, rates, credit, FX, derivatives, structured products, treasury instruments)
- Ability to review and challenge valuation models, pricing inputs, assumptions, discrepancies, and control outputs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting financial data, identifying issues, and communicating findings clearly
- Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior management, valuation committees, audit, and regulators
- Proficiency in Python, Dataiku, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis and visualisation
- Capability to contribute to process optimisation and automation initiatives within a controlled environment
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across Risk, Finance, Front Office, Technology, and Control functions
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong ownership, and ability to deliver under audit, regulatory, and senior management scrutiny
- Business fluency in English required, German or other languages an advantage

- Support regulatory compliance
- Mitigate risk of future losses
- Support Head of Valuation Control
- Take ownership of valuation control workstreams
- Analyze and report valuation issues
- Conduct valuation adjustment reviews
- Assess valuation uncertainty
- Collaborate with multiple departments
- Prepare valuation control materials
- Present to management and committees
- Develop methodology documentation
- Maintain control design and procedures
- Contribute to process improvements
- Automate reporting and controls
- Utilize Python and Dataiku
- Serve as subject matter expert
- Handle escalations for valuation matters
