In this role, you will ensure regulatory excellence by managing complex tax reporting and client data. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to handle everything from tax reclaims to cost-basis adjustments.

Anforderungen

• •Four years experience in tax reclaim
• •Knowledge of FATCA/QI and AEI regimes
• •Understanding of the banking business
• •Very good German and English skills
• •Advantageous exposure to US tax reporting
• •Beneficial Avaloq and expert Excel knowledge
• •Enthusiasm for the role

Aufgaben

• •Act as the primary contact for third-party tax reclaim services
• •Maintain and update client data for account openings and closings
• •Perform static data adjustments and controls
• •Assist the Head of Tax with regulatory reporting for FATCA and AEI
• •Support the preparation of 1099, 1042, and 1042-S forms
• •Generate US and Swiss client tax statements
• •Execute tax cost-basis adjustments for security transfers and accounting changes
• •Manage cost-basis adjustments for death cases
• •Perform rigorous data controls and reconciliations
• •Report supplementary withholding tax to the ESTV for the USA and Canada
• •Handle transactional tax reporting for Financial Transaction Tax
