Anforderungen

  • •M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical/Bioprocess Engineering, or related field
  • •2+ years hands-on upstream bioprocess experience
  • •Experience with microbial or mammalian upstream processes
  • •Prior involvement in technology transfer to CMOs/CDMOs
  • •Strong technical documentation and communication skills
  • •Hands-on mentality
  • •Experience with ELNs and process risk assessments
  • •Adaptability and drive for process excellence
  • •Willingness to travel for external manufacturing partners

Aufgaben

  • •Lead 100L pilot-scale upstream bioprocess operations
  • •Set up and monitor bioprocessing equipment
  • •Troubleshoot pilot-plant scale operations
  • •Design experiments for process characterization
  • •Identify and mitigate scale-up risks
  • •Prepare process descriptions and batch records
  • •Maintain SOPs, protocols, and technical reports
  • •Support technology transfers to CMOs and CDMOs
  • •Provide technical support during GMP runs
  • •Communicate technical progress to cross-functional teams
