- Drive strategic projects to enhance offering framework and platforms
- Advance functionality and adoption of the 360 Planner platform
- Design innovative solution concepts
- Identify best-in-class external partners
- Scale the 'Holistic Advice' initiative
- Drive the evolution of the 360 Planner platform
- Collaborate on technical design, testing, and global rollout of platform features
- Adapt platform functionalities to meet regulatory and market-specific demands
- Track and analyze ongoing platform developments
- Develop AI-enhanced platform for external providers
- Support management and development of the WP product suite
- Reinforce governance structures for wealth planning offerings
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulations
- Contribute to risk mitigation and audit resolution efforts
- Address findings and implement corrective actions
- Support strategic initiatives for Wealth Planning
- Prepare data-driven analyses and presentations for leadership forums
- Monitor and report on progress of key initiatives
- Maintain project timelines and accountability
- Strengthen team spirit and foster a collaborative work environment
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate projects with multiple senior stakeholders
