- Gather and evaluate user needs with Product Managers
- Identify and assess user requirements with the Delivery/Product Manager
- Design and refine concepts using design-thinking methodologies
- Generate wireframes, user journey maps, and flow diagrams
- Create interactive prototypes with UI specifications
- Present design concepts and decisions to clients
- Gather client feedback through user interviews
- Provide guidance on design topics to clients and consultants
- Collaborate with the team to shape the design system
