• Experience in luxury/international environment (plus)
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Psychology, or Business Administration
• Fluent English and French
• Other European languages (asset)
• Strong analytical and structured mindset
• Team player with strong communication skills, ability to navigate matrix organization
• Creativity, detail-orientation, strong sense of ethics
• Ability to handle multi-tasks in fast-paced environment
• Curious and proactive mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office
• First experience with SAP HR and SuccessFactors (plus)

• Coordinate trainings and team activities
• Coordinate Diversity Week and wellness programs
• Support learning and development initiatives
• Manage training logistics
• Collect feedback on training programs
• Support and follow up on Performance, TRM, and ORM processes
