Anforderungen

  • •Ph.D. in Immunology or closely related field
  • •At least 15 years of project leadership experience
  • •Extensive experience in pre-clinical to clinical translation
  • •Demonstrated expertise in coordinating in vitro, in/ex vivo, and in silico assays
  • •Strong precision medicine capabilities
  • •Ability to inspire and manage diverse teams
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Strong work ethic and agile mindset
  • •Familiarity with single-cell RNA sequencing, CRISPR screening, organoids, multi-omics, and spatial omics technologies
  • •Knowledge of German is a plus

  • •Oversee translational immunology projects

  • •Coordinate disease model expertise across various platforms
  • •Differentiate mechanisms in the disease portfolio early on
  • •Innovate new methodologies and models
  • •Leverage computational expertise to analyze complex data sets
  • •Evaluate and establish strategic collaborations with academic institutes and biotech companies
  • •Enhance research capabilities and pipeline
  • •Represent translational immunology research in scientific forums and conferences
  • •Drive integration of precision medicine approaches in immunology research
  • •Mentor and develop junior scientists
  • •Foster a culture of teamwork, scientific excellence, and innovation
  • •Manage research budgets, resources, and timelines across projects
