Aufgaben
- Lead workstreams and coordinate onboarding activities
- Translate client requirements, scope, and operating model considerations into onboarding setup
- Provide cross-functional leadership and ensure alignment
- Support development of onboarding charters, governance, roles, milestones, and readiness criteria
- Provide input and guidance on procurement solutions
- Facilitate discussions to clarify requirements, dependencies, risks, and decisions
- Ensure solution decisions are documented and aligned with governance, timelines, and milestones
- Support go-live readiness and operational handover
- Contribute to improving transition methodology and delivery standards
