- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business or Accounting
- Profound knowledge of tax accounting and tax reporting
- Strong expertise in transfer pricing or closely related field
- Knowledge of OECD guidelines, pricing methodologies for tangibles, intangibles and services
- Additional TP & Tax qualifications (e.g. international IBFD courses) is ideal

Aufgaben
- Develop and manage Global Swiss Principal Business Models
- Define intellectual property strategy
- Decide on function-specific business model frameworks
- Optimize intragroup transactions
- Advise local management on tax compliance
- Manage transfer pricing function for Basel Principal
- Ensure compliance with Swiss and international tax laws
- Work with senior stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, and Business
- Design and supervise implementation of Principal Business Models
- Ensure compliance with national and international laws and regulations
- Reflect business model effects in budgets and forecasts
- Allocate substance and functions to appropriate legal entities
- Lead Business Model Council for Basel
- Manage and assess new business requests
- Secure final approvals for business requests
- Drive implementation of business requests
- Coordinate with global specialists
- Perform local and cross-border tax analyses
- Minimize global tax exposure
- Leverage tax incentives
- Ensure compliance with tax, customs, planning, and accounting requirements
- Manage all aspects of transfer pricing for Basel Principal
- Design and apply transfer pricing policies
- Ensure arm’s-length remuneration of group companies
- Develop defense strategies for tax audits
- Evaluate and implement tax audit defense strategies
- Provide strategic responses to tax authority requests
- Reduce risk of income adjustments
- Identify and mitigate financial and compliance risks
- Monitor profitability of group companies
- Manage year-end EBIT adjustment process
- Safeguard robust transfer pricing documentation
- Conduct monthly Principal Review meetings
- Track performance of Principal Business Models
- Optimize local contribution to Group’s profit
- Provide financial, analytical, and strategic direction to senior management
