• •Proficiency with MS Office suite
• •Familiarity with Learning Management platforms (advantageous)
• •Experience in planning training courses
• •Experience coordinating suppliers (advantageous)
• •Interest in L&D and HSE topics
• •Experience in international environment (advantageous)
• •Excellent organisational skills and proactivity
• •Ability to prioritize and flexibility
• •Strong communication and collaborative skills
• •Service-oriented mindset and attention detail
• •Spoken and written English and French
• •National of CERN Member State
• •Bachelor's, Master's degree or related qualification
• •No previous CERN graduate contract
• •Possession of a University degree
• •No PhD qualification
• •Valid driving licence
