- Knowledge in Python / object-oriented programming
- Knowledge/Awareness of data analysis/modelling
- Presentational / report writing skills
- Prior experience with flow chemistry
- Enquiring and questioning approach
- Enthusiastic and proactive engagement with teams
- Rigorous and organized
Aufgaben
- Develop innovative continuous processes
- Support knowledge transfer to production sites
- Work under guidance of Syngenta staff
- Comply with Syngenta HSE policy and instructions
- Provide concepts and detailed work plans
- Define experimental methodologies
- Participate in risk assessments
- Implement methodologies independently in the lab
- Record data accurately using Syngenta ELN or other tools
- Ensure data availability for future users
- Report findings and results clearly
- Prepare written reports
- Create PowerPoint presentations
- Communicate verbally
- Present findings in poster sessions
- Maintain confidentiality of Syngenta data
