- Follow general instructions
- Provide concepts and ideas
- Develop detailed work plans
- Define experimental methodologies
- Participate in risk assessments
- Implement methodologies independently in the lab
- Record data accurately using Syngenta ELN
- Ensure data availability for future users
- Report findings, results, and projects clearly
- Prepare written reports
- Create PowerPoint presentations
- Deliver verbal communications
- Present at poster sessions
- Maintain confidentiality of Syngenta data
