- Maximize participant experience and satisfaction
- Coordinate with project lead, vendors, and internal departments
- Manage badge printing, iPad sign-in, and lead scanning
- Oversee onsite AV and equipment
- Drive audience engagement
- Provide daily reports to clients
- Review apps for flawless delivery
- Brief and prepare speakers
- Oversee event live interactivities
- Analyze event data
- Deliver insightful reports and recommendations
- Learn Backstage through SpotMe curriculum
- Build content for standard features in Backstage
- Demonstrate quality follow-up emails
- Deliver 2 live event days as Event Coordinator
- Participate in on-site logistics evaluation
- Deliver 10 live event days with positive feedback
- Deliver 2 onsite events with logistics features
- Build content for standard features with minimal supervision
- Deliver 20 live event days with high CES and sNPS
- Deliver 5 onsite events as Lead Onsite Coordinator
- Kick off 2 small-scale events as Project Lead
- Manage Kick Off calls with timely client communication
- Build content for advanced features in Backstage
