Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in social or technical sciences
• •Up to two years of relevant professional experience
• •Understanding of the ICRC and Red Cross Movement
• •Interest in security, risk, and crisis management
• •Proven experience in data analysis
• •Advanced use of MS Excel
• •Familiarity with business intelligence tools
• •Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• •Flexibility and adaptability
• •Ability to master new tools and concepts
• •Independent and collaborative work skills
• •Working proficiency in French and English
• •Command of Arabic, Russian, or Spanish as an asset
• •Maximum one year full-time paid experience post-studies

Aufgaben

• •Compile and validate security incident data
• •Visualize weekly and annual safety metrics
• •Produce ad hoc incident-related reports
• •Support technical change management initiatives
• •Guide global colleagues through tool transitions
• •Assist RCRC Movement partners with security tools
• •Develop technology solutions for operational security
• •Maintain and enhance security management platforms
• •Generate narrative analyses of security trends
• •Share data assessments with operational management
• •Design user-friendly and interactive dashboards
• •Liaise with internal departments and external partners
• •Research the broader value of security data
