Aufgaben
- Play a key role in electric drive systems ramp-up
- Ensure stable, capable, and scalable production setup
- Coordinate cross-functional ramp-up activities
- Monitor and manage maturity levels, risks, and timelines
- Drive implementation and validation of processes, methods, and standards
- Identify deviations early and initiate corrective actions
- Ensure robust series ramp-up
- Collaborate with international plants and departments
