- Knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot (plus)
Aufgaben
- Coordinate Third Party Oversight duties with Business Owners and Second Line functions
- Conduct Business Owner classification calls
- Classify engagements using the regulatory decision tree
- Maintain and centrally store TPRM documents, contracts, and master data
- Ensure compliance with and execute TPRM lifecycle steps
- Notify supervisory authorities of new outsourcings
- Update ICT services in the ICT Register
- Provide reports to Allianz group entities and Senior Management
- Guide and supervise Business Owners to identify non-compliant engagements
- Recommend actions to correct deviations
- Escalate non-compliant cases to Business Owners and Third Parties
- Manage TPRM projects with various stakeholders
- Lead initiatives like SME integration and regional integration
