Selling medical devices, disposables, software, and service to influence standard of care in cardiology and Haemostasis. 5 years medical device sales achievement required. Territory management for revenue growth, consultative capital equipment sales.

- Experience with consultative, capital equipment, and clinical sales
- Experience in cardiology and Haemostasis management
- Effective leadership skills
- Effective interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with varied audience
- Develops and delivers effective presentations
- Effective Strategic Selling skills and excellent organizational ability
- Demonstrates Project Management skills
- Excellent collaboration and team building skills
- Proven sales success in acute care hospital environment (O.R. experience preferred but not necessary)
- Experience in managing capital sales and driving pipelines
- Clinical and technical aptitude for product understanding and training
- Territory management and strategic sales plan development/execution
Aufgaben
- Sell equipment, disposables, software, and service
- Influence standard of care in multidisciplinary specialities
- Manage territory to achieve sales goals and profitability
- Develop comprehensive territory plans to increase revenue
- Partner with Clinical Specialists to drive technology adoption
- Prospect and develop relationships with c-level executives
- Maintain compliance and incremental business in existing accounts
- Target new business using analytical tools
- Conduct product evaluations and collect detailed data
- Educate customers on products, concepts, and industry trends
- Expand product usage and customer base
- Visit top hospital accounts and service providers
- Provide product feedback to Sales, Marketing, and R&D
- Resolve customer concerns accurately and timely
- Provide data for specific recommendations to stakeholders
- Increase professional knowledge through workshops and events
