- Experience selling IT solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
- Familiarity with CRM/PRM and forecasting systems
- Knowledge of territory characteristics and business environment
- Knowledge of software channel ecosystems
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone selling skills
- Ability to thrive in team selling environment
- Fluent German language skills
- Legal authorization to work in jurisdiction without sponsorship
Aufgaben
- Generate profitable revenue from public sector sales
- Achieve bookings quota for assigned accounts
- Support channel sales activities in territory
- Drive renewals and customer retention
- Prioritize and support partner-generated opportunities
- Increase deal size and accelerate buying process
- Engage end customers to boost deal value and close rates
- Log all activities in CRM/PRM systems
- Understand customer pain points and business drivers
- Align solutions to customer needs
- Articulate Sophos’ value proposition to customers
- Quote non-NFR related partner inquiries
- Forecast monthly and quarterly business
- Generate new business at partner sites
- Substitute for colleagues during absences
