Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of Business Excellence and Lean methodologies
- Certification in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading CI, transformation, and complex cross-functional programs
- Strong track record in large, global, matrixed industrial organizations
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives meeting scope, timeline, and objectives
- Experience leading teams, senior stakeholders, and subject matter experts
- Strong business acumen with end-to-end, cross-functional perspective
- Excellent English language skills
- German or additional language skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Analyze BCS sub-vertical end-to-end operations and functions
- Define and drive Business Excellence & Processes agenda
- Assess and monitor management system and steering KPIs
- Guide organization towards higher star level certification
- Manage stakeholder interactions across functions
- Lead and support value drivers and enablers
- Map, align, and document end-to-end processes and projects
- Establish tiered training structures for process deployment
- Develop and implement process improvement and automation ideas
- Collaborate on P&L-owning subvertical process and interface improvements
- Develop and deploy TEOA Business System maturity roadmap
- Measure and monitor project progress and performance metrics
- Deploy Hoshin Kanri and champion strategy execution
- Lead comprehensive projects with high autonomy
- Build and develop a team of problem solvers and Kaizen facilitators
- Promote continuous upskilling and talent development
