- Diploma in medical biology analysis or equivalent
- Ability to understand protocols in English
Aufgaben
- Perform assigned clinical laboratory tests accurately and on time
- Prepare workstations and instrumentation for assigned tests
- Properly handle samples and resolve technical issues
- Contact internal clients for sample clarification as needed
- Operate instruments to perform tests according to established procedures
- Perform routine tests and calculations
- Resolve routine and unusual testing problems
- Ensure test result validity through quality assurance and control procedures
- Conduct experiments for new calibrator and/or QC lot evaluations
- Summarize investigation results and compile data for management review
- Document quality control results and interpret them according to established rules
- Document deviations, warnings, and control value violations
- Document corrective actions for unusual occurrences
- Ensure instrument and equipment maintenance is performed and documented
- Understand department metrics and objectives
