- Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and structured
- Quality-conscious personality
- Structured and detail-oriented work approach
- Appreciation for standards, examination criteria and traceable processes
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken
- Good German language skills (advantage)
- High willingness to travel
Aufgaben
- Qualify global Field Service staff on AIXTRON equipment
- Plan and deliver hands-on trainings at Headquarter Training Center
- Ensure operational readiness of organization
- Make complex equipment technology tangible
- Develop and deliver training and certifications on AIXTRON MOCVD equipment
- Create certification standards and examination criteria
- Develop structured qualification paths from Basic to Expert level
- Build and evolve skill-level matrices and training materials
- Participate in NPI projects for timely training concepts
- Ensure cross-departmental knowledge exchange
- Provide functional guidance to colleagues and co-trainers
- Question and improve existing training methods
- Drive certification process improvements with manager
