Technical Solutions Manager(m/w/x)

- Background in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation
- Suitability for highly technical, customer-facing role
- Ability to design and support DeepL platform integrations
- Experience configuring SSO authentication frameworks
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Troubleshooting complex technical deployments
- 5+ years work experience, including 2+ years in client-facing software implementation or account management at SaaS company
- Knowledge/experience with programming languages
- SSO frameworks experience (Entra ID (Azure) preferred)
- SCIM knowledge desirable
- Deployment support (e.g., browser extension deployment)
- Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions
- Proven success leading technical, multi-stakeholder implementations
- Ability to resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to maintain strong customer relationships
- Excitement for joining a scale-up environment
- Ability to shift priorities and adapt dynamically

- Act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Consult clients on strategic vision.
- Translate business requirements to technical solutions.
- Translate complex technical concepts simply.
- Troubleshoot customer system setup issues.
- Support customer technical relationships.
- Deliver technical information to customers.
- Provide technical recommendations to customers.
- Develop tools, collateral, and enablement approaches.
- Manage tools, collateral, and enablement approaches.
- Deliver tools, collateral, and enablement approaches.
- Ensure Customer team maintains technical knowledge.
- Provide effective, scalable support models.
- Understand future customer functionalities and capabilities.
- Provide customer feedback to product teams.
