Managing technical solutions and translating customer requirements into system specifications for IT/software/telecom projects. Several years of interface experience in customer project business required. Pioneering work in a new field, fully remote.

Anforderungen

  • Academic background in computer science, communications engineering, or related field
  • Several years of experience in an interface function in IT/software/telecom customer project business
  • Interest in business trips for customer interactions and acceptance
  • Team-oriented and structured personality with confident and representative appearance
  • Solution-oriented thinking and decision-making willingness
  • Entrepreneurial disposition, creative problem-solving, quick learning, curious, can-do zest
  • Positive, can-do attitude to rally team for progress
  • Flexibility to meet business needs
  • Good knowledge of mobile telecommunication technologies (LTE/5G)
  • Aviation/defense background or basic knowledge of aviation/defense terms and procedures
  • Understanding and experience in cloud native software solutions

Aufgaben

  • Manage technical solutions in customer projects
  • Serve as primary technical contact
  • Analyze and translate customer requirements into system requirements
  • Maintain technical oversight of projects
  • Ensure proficiency in all project technologies
  • Facilitate smooth solution acceptance at project end
  • Handle technical risk management, including security and safety
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial project manager
  • Communicate internally with the team
  • Communicate externally with customers and partners
