Aufgaben
- Coordinate project activities across multiple technical teams
- Support planning and execution of production releases
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and follow-up actions
- Assist in operational management of business-critical applications
- Ensure efficient resolution of incidents and service requests
- Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs
- Contribute to service quality improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer representatives
- Ensure clear and timely communication with customers
- Prepare operational reports and service review presentations
- Coordinate communications during incidents or planned maintenance
- Organise governance meetings
- Maintain project documentation, action logs, and risk registers
- Identify process optimisation opportunities
- Support adoption of Service Management best practices
