Anforderungen

- Experience in budget management (ex. via Planview or equivalent) preferred but not necessary
- Strong motivation to learn new technologies like AI based approach to L2+ urban systems or Quantum computing
- Proven ability to drive full ownership of delivery for a specific product or demo in high stakes environments
- Proven ability to clearly communicate program information to stakeholders at various levels of the organization (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated track record in problem solving & negotiating skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write English and German
Aufgaben
- Drive estimates for GPO during RFI and RFQ phases
- Support RFI and RFQ phases with direct customer interactions
- Ensure offer maximizes platform reuse
- Feedback customer wishes and business intelligence to development teams
- Manage pursuits to maximize platform reusability
- Escalate proactively to minimize risks and maximize ROI
- Serve as single point of contact for internal and external communications
- Lead end-to-end responsibility for customer demos
- Work hands-on with demo vehicle, flashing latest SW image
- Debug and troubleshoot with test engineers
- Provide feedback on drive performance to development teams
- Support calibration to tune performance
- Negotiate and motivate cross-functional and cross-organization teams
- Identify root causes, develop corrective action plans
- Manage end-to-end dependencies for successful demos
- Create and maintain dashboards to track progress and issues
- Monitor customer requirement reviews, implementation, and testing
- Facilitate effective communication for team alignment
- Coordinate engineering data collection and SW builds
- Implement process improvements for productivity and execution
- Lead and improve product development and software release processes
- Ensure compliance with project development processes
- Manage team performance and individual contributions
- Coach and provide proactive feedback to team members
- Assign workloads for independent impact
- Assess workload and deliveries
- Reduce friction in team work streams
- Address escalations before they reach skip level
