- Situational reporting tailored to stakeholders
- Understanding of state-of-the-art embedded software technologies
- Knowledge of agile software development
- Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German
Aufgaben
- Own and prioritize the development backlog
- Translate product roadmap into software vision
- Break down features into development items
- Prepare and prioritize sprint backlogs
- Plan and prioritize PI backlogs
- Cascade priorities for PI planning
- Coordinate PI planning with other TPOs
- Ensure release candidate availability
- Align with Test Managers on test coverage
- Own SWRS and cSWR documentation
- Ensure delivery of software documentation
- Involve developers in defining requirements
- Align with DCM on milestones and dates
- Integrate DCM requirements into planning
- Report progress along value streams
- Act as first escalation level for blockers
- Provide technical leadership
- Motivate and coach the team
- Moderate discussions and resolve conflicts
- Guide decision-making
