- Collect and validate feature requests from GTM, Sales, and customer-facing teams
- Translate market requirements into clear roadmap items
- Identify synergies between Email and other Retarus products
- Coordinate roadmap and releases with key stakeholders
- Ensure Email products meet standards for scalability and security
- Improve operational efficiency of Email products
- Define and monitor product-specific performance KPIs for Email
- Use data to steer the roadmap and prioritize improvements
- Provide regular product performance updates to stakeholders
- Champion communication and stakeholder management for Email
