- Manage technical product work across multiple systems
- Oversee client/server, APIs, and data pipelines
- Manage experimentation and payment systems
- Handle trust and safety tooling
- Define and prioritize the modernization roadmap
- Align teams on consistent architecture principles
- Partner with engineers to evaluate architecture options
- Manage technical trade-offs and architecture spikes
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
- Clarify goals and success metrics for initiatives
- Shape scopes and create PRDs
- Develop migration plans and coordinate team sequencing
- Translate modernization into visible business outcomes
- Ensure data-informed and evidence-based decision-making
- Champion AI tools to accelerate product workflows
- Contribute to overall product strategy and vision
- Advance technical foundations to move core metrics
- Surface unknowns early to accelerate shipping speed
- Sequence groundwork to unlock new capabilities
- Improve platform predictability and release safety
- Reduce incidents and trend operational costs downward
- Design experiments and ensure solid instrumentation
- Share insights to improve organizational learning
