- PIMcore experience advantageous

- High degree of autonomy
- Managed external vendors ideally
- Led in-housing projects ideally
- Expert JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge
- Expert state management knowledge
- Expert Expo ecosystem knowledge
- Custom native modules experience
- Mastery of mobile CI/CD tools
- Strong Product & UX mindset
- Outstanding English communication skills
- German language skills strong plus
Aufgaben
- Act as primary technical stakeholder for external agency
- Oversee agency output and plan in-house transition
- Define and evolve mobile architecture using React Native
- Ensure architecture is performant and integrates with headless eCommerce
- Write code for application and middleware layer
- Extend core functionality and build new features
- Optimize mobile checkout flows for high conversion
- Ensure seamless user journeys and fast performance
- Set and enforce high-quality coding standards
- Conduct rigorous code reviews
- Advocate for best practices in TypeScript and React Native
- Manage full deployment pipeline (CI/CD)
- Handle App Store and Google Play submissions
- Manage certificates and staged rollouts using Fastlane
- Recruit, mentor, and grow internal mobile team
- Foster culture of technical excellence and product-centric thinking
