Aufgaben
- Provide technical consulting for customer product (pre-)development
- Acquire new orders through technical customer contacts
- Support customers with technical enquiries
- Clarify technical specifications with customers
- Independently implement projects
- Coordinate internal and external resources (suppliers)
- Clarify technical customer requirements
- Channel essential technical information and innovations into the organization
- Lead weekly interdisciplinary meetings with production planning
- Serve as the primary contact for customer project planning and execution
- Support the Head of Sales in commercial customer discussions
- Provide regular customer reports
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Identify and develop new opportunities to improve profitability
- Coordinate future-oriented customer needs and requirements
