- General knowledge of workshops, mechanics, and specialized after-sales distribution
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a strong plus
Aufgaben
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations
- Provide training sessions on diagnostic tools
- Relay product information to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support distribution networks in sales development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets in assigned territory
- Promote sales to repairers and automotive centers
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Collaborate with the sales team on strategies
- Attend industry trade shows and conferences
