Anforderungen

  • •5+ years of experience in frontend development, web design, technical consulting, professional services, or equivalent hands-on SaaS experience
  • •Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Web Engineering, or comparable practical background
  • •Experience with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams
  • •Track record of contributing to or leading complex technical projects
  • •Strategic and execution-focused mindset
  • •Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React
  • •Working knowledge of Tailwind CSS and design systems
  • •Confidence with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Miro
  • •Strong design sensibility and visual problem-solving skills
  • •Organization, proactivity, and teamwork skills
  • •Commitment to Accessibility (WCAG) and usability principles
  • •Experience with JSON, XML, and API-driven architectures
  • •Business-fluent German and English communication skills
  • •Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills

  • •Advise enterprise customers as a trusted technical designer
  • •Translate requirements into UI/UX and frontend solutions
  • •Enable customers to build accessible, brand-consistent applications
  • •Create mockups, prototypes, and design concepts
  • •Design frontend implementations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • •Utilize REST APIs and the React ecosystem
  • •Provide expert guidance on theming and layout strategies
  • •Manage design-driven implementations throughout the customer lifecycle
  • •Partner with support and onboarding teams on projects
  • •Identify technical risks and scalability concerns
  • •Lead customer workshops to define implementation roadmaps
  • •Collaborate with product designers and frontend engineers
  • •Share customer feedback to influence product roadmaps
  • •Improve internal processes and technical documentation
  • •Maintain deep product expertise with a service-oriented mindset
