As a Tech Lead for the Web Platform team, you will shape the future of autonomous mobility by driving GraphQL strategy, guiding teams through integration, and enhancing backend services, all while ensuring the platform's health and scalability.

Anforderungen

• •Technical leadership experience
• •Experience partnering with Product to define vision and deliver solutions
• •Strong experience with GraphQL, including federation and schema design
• •Strong backend engineering experience with Node.js/TypeScript
• •Strong understanding of security vulnerabilities and risk mitigation
• •Track record of building and scaling GraphQL APIs in production
• •Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
• •Clear and effective communication skills
• •Good German comprehension skills (minimum B1 level)
• •Fluency in English
• •Deep expertise in Apollo Federation
• •Experience with serverless AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB)
• •Knowledge of GraphQL security and authorization patterns
• •Experience with AWS Cognito or similar identity management systems
• •Understanding of platform thinking in building systems
• •Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD, infrastructure as code
• •Frontend skills in React/TypeScript

Aufgaben

• •Own and evolve the federated GraphQL architecture
• •Drive GraphQL strategy across the organization
• •Co-own product vision with the Product team
• •Shape technical strategy and make informed trade-offs
• •Build authorization and authentication layers for GraphQL
• •Implement and improve federation patterns across teams
• •Lead cross-team onboarding to the GraphQL platform
• •Guide teams through integration challenges and best practices
• •Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
• •Drive end-to-end platform improvements
• •Identify systemic problems and propose technical solutions
• •Take responsibility for running your systems
