Aufgaben
- Take end-to-end technical ownership of the Recare Agent
- Define technical direction and architecture decisions
- Lead the team as the technical backbone and escalation point
- Design and evolve agent architecture for agentic UI patterns
- Mentor team members through hands-on guidance and code reviews
- Remove blockers to ensure clarity, speed, and quality
- Drive reliability, performance, and observability in workflows
- Ensure security in a highly sensitive healthcare context
- Build and ship frontend systems using React and TypeScript
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA for scope and delivery
- Ensure production readiness with clear runbooks and stable releases
- Maintain measurable SLAs for predictable delivery
