- Drive sales for service repairs and leads

- Ensure safety for end-users, sites, and technicians
- Deliver services according to contracts and regulations
- Control field operation costs and profit margins
- Manage proximity stock content and value
- Oversee third-party inspections and follow-up actions
- Validate technical contract terms with sales teams
- Support maintenance for foreign equipment
- Prioritize and resolve technician callout assignment conflicts
- Close open callouts and address stopped equipment
- Reduce callout frequency within the assigned area
- Review and process manual service invoices
- Schedule and optimize planned maintenance routes
- Perform regular site audits
- Investigate accidents and report findings internally
- Authorize and control staff overtime
- Lead and develop technician performance and competence
- Set and evaluate technician performance objectives
- Manage technician absences and backup scheduling
- Validate technician timesheets for payroll
- Balance workloads and assign equipment to technicians
- Define hiring needs and lead the selection process
- Manage technician tools, vehicles, and mobile devices
