In this role, you will lead a team focused on optimizing real estate operations while managing budgets and ensuring compliance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing asset strategies, collaborating with various departments, and implementing digital tools to enhance efficiency.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in real estate management, facility management, business administration, or similar
• •At least 10 years of professional experience in international real estate management
• •Proven leadership experience in global, matrix-organised teams
• •In-depth knowledge of managing complex service and operating models and developing global standards and KPIs
• •Experience in strategic procurement and contract management at an international level
• •Knowledge of real estate management systems such as Planon, Speedikon, etc. is advantageous
• •Business fluent written and spoken German and English
• •Willingness to travel (20%)
• •Strong strategic and analytical skills
• •Intercultural competence and experience in working with international stakeholders
• •Strong communication and assertiveness skills
• •Enthusiasm for innovation and willingness to embrace change

Aufgaben

• •Lead the regional Real Estate Asset & Property Management team
• •Manage operational budgets and control costs in real estate operations
• •Develop global asset strategies to enhance the value of the real estate portfolio
• •Monitor and execute global standards, KPIs, and processes for real estate operations
• •Collaborate with CREM departments for smooth project handovers
• •Ensure compliance with regulatory, qualitative, and internal company requirements
• •Establish and monitor KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting structures
• •Implement digital tools with the Real Estate Digitalisation & Processes department
• •Manage all service providers in property and facility management
• •Develop and implement the regional 'Total Operations Model' strategy
