Aufgaben

• •Develop and implement the strategic product portfolio for dry compounds
• •Manage business development, supply chain, pricing, and innovation initiatives
• •Lead a team of Product Managers, providing support and challenges
• •Oversee the global product assortment with internal stakeholders
• •Define a roadmap for business and revenue growth based on customer needs
• •Drive innovation projects from inception to commercialization
• •Build strong relationships with the product organization and stakeholders
• •Monitor competitors and conduct competitive analysis
• •Support customer visits alongside the sales team and represent the company publicly
• •Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback for product improvements
• •Communicate portfolio updates across all media and within the organization
• •Conduct in-house training to enhance understanding of the product portfolio
