Aufgaben
- Lead a team of customer project managers
- Ensure successful technical calculations in offers
- Execute projects with high customer satisfaction
- Foster a collaborative and customer-centric team culture
- Support team members in skill development
- Resolve team issues and escalations
- Monitor project performance and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Product Management
- Implement collective, legal, and company regulations
- Manage international banknote processing projects
- Improve processes through standardization and automation
- Develop comprehensive customer solutions with technical concepts
- Work with specialists on specifications and system layouts
- Prepare cost calculations and necessary documentation
- Lead international project teams
- Manage interfaces and conflicts between departments
- Communicate proactively with internal and customer stakeholders
- Conduct training sessions and field tests
- Perform factory acceptance tests
- Oversee installation and commissioning
- Conduct site acceptance tests
- Document lessons learned
