Anforderungen
- University degree (Master’s/Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or comparable field
- Sound knowledge of RGA and APQP process, ideally Tier 2 or Tier 3 experience
- Extensive experience in technical project risk management and methodical project management
- At least 5 years practical experience shaping PMO structures or complex projects
- Experience in design, manufacture, and validation of mechanical components
- Strong initiative, technical persuasiveness, and professional authority
- Business-fluent German and English, confident manner
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10–15%) to Europe and Asia

- Establish and design global PMO architecture
- Implement modern project management standards
- Optimize end-to-end processes for portfolio management
- Optimize end-to-end processes for resource management
- Tailor processes for Tier 2/3 suppliers
- Serve as central methodological point of contact
- Ensure organizational process maturity
- Ensure organizational process effectiveness
- Define and monitor relevant KPIs
- Prepare analyses for top management decision support
- Prepare and support steering committees
- Develop decision-making templates
- Assume technical responsibility for product development deadlines
- Assume technical responsibility for product development costs
- Assume technical responsibility for product development quality
- Collaborate with global development and product teams
- Contribute technical expertise to industrialization projects
