- Lead and mentor backend engineers
- Foster a culture of collaboration and ownership
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance gRPC and REST APIs
- Manage end-to-end microservice delivery

- Translate feature requests into robust, scalable solutions
- Establish and champion engineering best practices
- Implement code reviews and automated testing
- Ensure observability (tracing, logging, metrics)
- Manage CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings
- Provide performance feedback
- Support engineers' career growth
- Identify, prioritize, and reduce technical debt
- Continuously improve architecture and code quality
- Optimize team workflows
- Ensure compliance with security policies, coding standards, and regulations
- Monitor and optimize service reliability, performance, and cost
