- •3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- •Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions
- •Excellent leadership skills
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Cross-functional collaboration skills
- •Native or C2 German
- •Business fluent English (C1/C2)
- •High proficiency in CRM software
- •1+ year of experience in a Sales Team Lead role
- •Direct people management responsibilities
- •Strong practical knowledge of US and/or UK sales processes

- •Report key sales metrics to the Director of Sales
- •Own and optimize the sales process within HubSpot
- •Identify bottlenecks in closing techniques and negotiation
- •Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
