Anforderungen

  • Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Hands-on experience in B2B SaaS Sales Development, including leading or coaching SDRs
  • Deep practical knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub (automations, reporting, change management)
  • Strong analytical skills (dashboards, cohort analyses, A/B testing) and expertise in lead management
  • Strategic thinking, translating GTM goals into actionable SDR initiatives
  • Effective communication, coaching, and ability to develop playbooks and training materials
  • Fluent English; German or additional languages advantageous
  • First experience with AI tools for research, personalization, and quality assurance

Aufgaben

  • Build and lead a high-performing SDR team
  • Deliver qualified pipeline from first contact to handoff
  • Develop SDR team through structured, data-driven coaching
  • Foster a process-oriented outreach culture
  • Ensure a steady stream of qualified leads and meetings
  • Set and manage performance goals
  • Dashboard and review team performance
  • Optimize coverage, capacity, and messaging based on data
  • Implement and maintain HubSpot sales governance
  • Standardize lead statuses and call outcomes
  • Manage sequences, task queues, and SLA alerts
  • Create trigger-based assignments and clear documentation
  • Improve lead quality and distribution in HubSpot
  • Enrich and deduplicate lead data
  • Normalize and route leads to sales
  • Monitor hygiene and sync dashboards for rapid issue resolution
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and sales
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies for high-value accounts
  • Integrate AI-driven workflows
  • Enhance the SDR operating model as part of the go-to-market strategy
