Team Lead – Sales DACH E-Mobility(m/w/x)
Guiding sales team activities to position an EV charging platform, from lead generation to closing. Minimum two years in a sales leadership role required. Gym and yoga class memberships, flexible working hours.
Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or related field
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, e-mobility, energy, or infrastructure, with at least two years in leadership or team lead position
- Proven success in leading, developing, and motivating sales teams and managing complex sales cycles
- Strong understanding of the DACH market and business culture; existing network in relevant sectors is an advantage
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a collaborative, motivating management style
- Proficient use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and structured, data-driven approach to sales management
- Native-level German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region as needed
Aufgaben
- Take responsibility for the commercial success of the Sales DACH team
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve growth and revenue targets
- Guide team activities to position vaylen’s platform as a leading EV charging solution
- Provide leadership throughout the sales process from lead generation to closing
- Focus on building sustainable, long-term partnerships
- Drive initiatives for continuous revenue growth through account development and upselling
- Maintain a transparent and structured sales pipeline in the CRM system
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance departments
