- Promote Responsible AI and platform governance
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and risk standards
- Document evaluations and guardrails
- Maintain CI/CD workflows and MLOps policies
- Create architecture decision records
- Contribute to internal MLOps framework development
- Structure requirements for MLOps frameworks
- Align stakeholders on MLOps initiatives
- Steer expert teams to create reusable delivery models
- Enhance platform capabilities
- Shape strategic roadmaps for MLOps
- Drive enterprise-wide ML adoption
- Lead and develop a team of 5-7 MLOps engineers
- Foster a strong team identity
