- Work closely with Consulting on large-scale projects
- Remove roadblocks and set success criteria
- Ensure adoption of standardized pipelines
- Monitor solution health (performance, reliability, cost efficiency)
- Guide teams toward operational excellence
- Promote Responsible AI and platform governance
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and risk standards
- Oversee documentation of evaluations and guardrails
- Manage CI/CD workflows and MLOps policies
- Document architecture decision records
- Contribute to internal MLOps frameworks and accelerators
- Structure requirements for MLOps frameworks
- Align stakeholders for MLOps development
- Steer expert teams to create reusable delivery models
- Create templates and best practices for MLOps
- Evolve MLOps service offering and operating model
- Shape strategic roadmaps for MLOps
- Enhance platform capabilities
- Align with stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide ML adoption
- Lead and develop a team of 5-7 MLOps engineers
- Foster a strong team identity
- Guide career growth and provide coaching
- Perform fair and structured performance assessments
