Anforderungen

• •Strong background in analytics, statistics, data science, mathematics, or related quantitative field
• •Proven experience in B2C marketing analytics across App and Web in multi-market and multi-product environment
• •Strong experience across marketing measurement and growth frameworks
• •Strong technical foundation with SQL and Python

• •Excellent communication skills for explaining complex topics

Aufgaben

• •Lead and develop a team of Marketing Analysts and an Analytics Engineer
• •Foster ownership, continuous learning, and growth within the team
• •Collaborate with the Growth & Brand Leadership team and key stakeholders
• •Own and enhance marketing measurement through attribution modeling
• •Conduct incrementality testing and marketing mix modeling
• •Consolidate insights into actionable recommendations for budget allocation
• •Develop channel strategies and support long-term growth initiatives
• •Partner with Google and Meta to advance measurement approaches
• •Apply cohorting and customer lifetime value (CLV) analysis
• •Create a holistic view of marketing performance across markets and products
• •Evolve dbt-based marketing data models and Looker explorers
• •Translate business problems into scalable data models and metrics
• •Collaborate with the CRM team to enhance user journey personalization
• •Drive experimentation with statistical and technical foundations
• •Explore AI-driven workflows to innovate analytics processes
