- Service-oriented mindset and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and German
Aufgaben
- Lead a local and virtual Supply Chain IT team
- Coach and support team member career development
- Manage performance and team member growth
- Define goals and prioritize key initiatives
- Allocate resources effectively across projects
- Act as the main IT contact for business departments
- Translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions
- Take overall responsibility for SAP Supply Chain applications
- Optimize and stabilize Supply Chain systems and processes
- Develop a global IT community within Supply Chain
- Evaluate technology trends to drive technical innovation
- Coordinate and steer external partners and vendors
