In this role, you will oversee the entire infrastructure, ensuring everything runs smoothly from maintenance to safety compliance. You will lead a team, manage projects, and serve as the key contact for various stakeholders, all while closely monitoring budgets and costs.

Anforderungen

• •Practical training in facility management, workshop management, building technician, or comparable qualification
• •Experience in technical facility management from a production or industrial environment
• •Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of strategic planning and project management
• •Safety awareness and ability to find smart, practicable solutions
• •Creativity and assertiveness for improvement
• •Excellent command of German and English

Aufgaben

• •Take responsibility for the entire infrastructure, including heating, ventilation, electricity, IT, and building automation
• •Plan and manage maintenance and repair measures with foresight and a pragmatic approach
• •Lead the facility team in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth processes
• •Implement conversions, new locations, and infrastructure projects while contributing ideas
• •Serve as the central point of contact for external service providers, internal teams, and authorities
• •Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding occupational safety and fire protection
• •Plan budgets, control costs, and document everything transparently for management
