- Degree in supply chain, business analytics, statistics, economics, industrial engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics
- Advanced knowledge of statistical and machine learning forecasting methods
- Excellent analytical and structured mindset
- Proven leadership experience and strong ownership mentality
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
Aufgaben
- Lead the demand forecasting process for the SKU portfolio
- Ensure forecast accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives
- Monitor and optimize forecast accuracy KPIs
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement structural improvements
- Evolve forecasting methodology, including machine learning applications
- Lead strategic demand planning initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Drive alignment with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Integrate market intelligence and promotional strategies into forecasts
- Implement automation and analytical enhancements for process innovation
- Mentor and develop a team of four demand planners
- Set clear priorities and ensure high forecast quality
- Build expertise in advanced forecasting techniques and collaboration
